And yes, religion is always dependent on the perception on not one but a group of persons; I guess that is how religion is born in the first place!Aashish Soodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01008682342586125061noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7145287646192944638.post-5777192751991229072010-10-18T08:16:34.988+05:302010-10-18T08:16:34.988+05:30@Boise, Minert: Welcome to the world of my Wanderi...@Boise, Minert: Welcome to the world of my Wandering Thoughts... feel free to explore more...

@Boise: Look forward to having you here in the future... But please do not shoot anyone :D

Anyhow, of lately things have not been so loud around my neighbourhood which incidentally has couple of mandirs, a gurudwara and a mosque within hearing range.... but come navratras and the festive season and things are expected to become loudAashish Soodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01008682342586125061noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7145287646192944638.post-86019298450839697992010-10-07T00:30:04.142+05:302010-10-07T00:30:04.142+05:30My home which is also close to a temple has regula...My home which is also close to a temple has regular visitors in the form of holy cows which love to munch some hedge from our garden. Also their dung welcomes me many times I set my feet out. Beggars crouching outside the parking gate each Tuesday are a headache too. The real pain is 'jagrata'. No body bothers about the supreme court regulations of not playing loud speakers after 11 o clock. I remember the sunday morning when I was so much pissed off by the raucous voice of a woman shrieking into the microphone that I had decided to shoot her head with a sniper. Only if I had one. Living besides a temple is terrible.Abhishekhttp://brewinglife.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7145287646192944638.post-77146030562326382442010-10-05T20:08:11.222+05:302010-10-05T20:08:11.222+05:30@Box... Many of us just bow in front of any/every temple/gurudwara out of fear b'cos we just want to beat the law of gravitation and just want to be only growing upwards, the more we grow the more fearful we become and just keep manifesting our fears in the examples sighted by you...... wow! what to do????
